Weekly Herbal Moon Insights for week starting 10th March 2019.
Mercury retrograde got you feeling down? Here’s my insights to help you feel better this week…
Monday 11th March:
The moon is a waxing crescent today – if you’ve been feeling in a slump for the past week (thanks Mercury retrograde!) you may notice your energy is starting to pick up as the moon grows. Take time to do some deep breathing exercises today, bring in lots of oxygen to all your cells.
Tuesday 12th March:
Herbal Tarot card: Vervain – Six of Swords
This card is coming up a lot lately! The Six of Swords can be about a new cycle beginning/old cycle ending. What do you need to let go of so you can move forward with your life? What new opportunities can you grasp? Vervain is a beautiful herb for meditation as it helps calm the mind and to open the third eye.
Wednesday 13th March:
Herbal Tarot card: Echinacea – XIV Temperance (reversed)
Temperance is a beautiful card for this week, as you feel your way into this new cycle, a new beginning. Become aware of what needs healing or what needs your attention today. Where is your life imbalanced? Moderation is the key, especially when experimenting and testing the waters of a new beginning.
Thursday 14th March:
As the moon continues to grow, it reaches the first quarter today. As you feel your energy rising, it’s a perfect time for reflect on your new moon intentions and checking that you are on track. What do you need to do to manifest your intentions this cycle? Writing it down on a piece of paper can bring powerful clarity.
Saturday 16th March:
Herbal Tarot card: Hawthorn – Six Of Wands
What are you struggling with today? Reassess the situation – if all your effort worth the end result? Sometimes it’s more efficient to offload tasks to others – cleaning the house, cooking meals, or business tasks such as social media posting as tasks that you could offload to make your life easier if you’re struggling! Hawthorn has an affinity for the physical heart + heart chakra – this herb reminds us to give ourselves some love, and to follow our heart.
