Sunday 10th May:

The waning gibbous moon brings a relaxing energy this week after the intensity of the full moon last week. As the moon moves through Capricorn over the next few days, you are called to relax your body & physical self. Nourish your physical body with DIY home treatments such as baths, scrubs, face masks etc. Get plenty of sleep & rest. Relax deeply with yin yoga.

Wednesday 13th May:

The waning moon moves into the sign of Aquarius, an ideal time for meditating & inner reflection. Go within to find clarity on your direction, your path, your purpose. You have all the answers within yourself!

Thursday 14th May:

The last quarter moon in Aquarius gives you the opportunity to give back to your community, freely from your heart. How can you give back, without expectation of anything in return?

Saturday 16th May:

The waning crescent moon in Pisces may make you feel a bit more intuitive, dreamy & reflective. This is a good opportunity to reflect back on the past few weeks, journal, interpret dreams & messages from the subconscious so you can know which path to take for the month ahead.
