Give your skin a detox too – use a charcoal face mask, have a cleansing epsom salt bath, or do whatever else you feel called to cleanse your body from the outside.
Saturday 18th January:
The waning crescent moon moving through Scorpio is perfect for a self-love ritual! Surround yourself with rose quartz, jade, fuschite with ruby or other loving crystals. Pick some fresh flowers for your home or office. Drink some nourishing herbal tea with rose petals, lavender, lemon balm and hibiscus. Treat yourself to a self-love bath ritual with lots of flowers and some sensual essential oils such as rose, jasmine or ylang ylang.
