The last quarter moon is in Leo today – this fiery energy can help you break through any obstacles that are holding you back from being true to yourself. Just be aware of emotions that might be lingering if you weren’t able to fully release them over the weekend…


Thursday 21st November:

The waning moon in Virgo is ideal for breaking unhealthy habits – focus on your physical health! Make some nourishing meals, stay hydrated, avoid things you know are bad for you like alcohol, junk food etc. Look after yourself!


Saturday 23rd November: 

The moon continues to wane through Libra today and you’ll be working towards creating balance in your life. Release obsessions & addictions. A big thing that’s coming up for today is taking time away from social media – stop automatically scrolling, really try to reduce your time on social media today. If you use an iPhone, you can set a time limit for apps (and set a specific limit for social media apps) – try this today and see how you feel!
