Sunday 18th August:

After the intensity of the full moon & Uranus retrograde last week, it’s time to exhale and let go during this waning moon phase. Today the moon is in Pisces – perfect for letting go of emotions or doing random acts of kindness.

Monday 19th August:

The moon moves into Aries today, reminding us to take things slowly. Be patient with yourself + others. Learn how to say “no” and not take on too many responsibilities.

Wednesday 21st August:

The waning gibbous moon moves into Taurus today. Taurus is an earth sign and a great opportunity for gardening – literally getting in touch with the earth! The waning moon is ideal for planting bulbs or root vegetables – think plants that need to grow downwards. Relaxing in the garden or nature is a great activity for today if you don’t have the space for plants.

Thursday 22nd August:

The waning moon is the perfect time for letting go of the old. Take time today to declutter your phone – delete apps that you don’t need, photos or music that you don’t want on there, get rid of annoying notifications.

Friday 23rd August:

The moon is at it’s third quarter in Taurus today. One of the themes around Taurus is wealth and material possessions, so it would be a beautiful idea today to let go of some of your money or possessions and donate to those who need it. Give from the heart to someone who needs it more than you do.

THEMES OF THE WEEK:
