Weekly Herbal Moon Insights for week starting 19th May 2019.


Our week starts with the full moon – there’s so much energy in the air, but as we approach the end of the week you’ll be slowing down and resting more.


Sunday 19th May:

Today (or yesterday, depending where you are in the world) the moon is full in all her beauty. The full moon is the perfect time to connect with your spirituality. Monday 20th May:

Spirit Animal Oracle card: Wombat Spirit

 The Wombat Spirit’s message is “be at home”. Be comfortable in your own skin so you can feel truly at home in your life. Don’t be afraid to express your truth + let the world know who you truly are. It’s totally okay to be your real + authentic self – when you hide yourself away, the only person you’re hurting is you.


Tuesday 21st May:

Herbal Tarot card: Two of Cups – Uva Ursi

This card reminds us that it is important to be strong within ourselves before we can create a strong partnership. If you are about to begin a relationship or partnership, recognise your own strengths + positive qualities so you can create a harmonious union.


Wednesday 22nd May:

Herbal Tarot card: Knight of Swords – Wild Cherry Bark

Be willing to speak your ideas! Wild cherry bark is a healing herb for the lungs, especially for reducing coughing. Spiritually, this herb can help clear the throat chakra so we can express our thoughts more easily. 


Thursday 23rd May:

The disseminating moon appears in our skies as the full moon wanes. The disseminating moon reminds us to be grateful that our intentions are manifesting, and to receive with gratitude.


Friday 24th May:

Herbal Tarot card: Queen of Cups – Lady’s Mantle

Take time to ground yourself today if you find you are taking on other’s emotions or you are feeling moody yourself.


Saturday 25th May:

Herbal Tarot card: Knight of Cups – Sarsaparilla

Today, be aware of opportunities that present themselves for you to share your thoughts + feelings with those around you.
