Depressive thoughts might be slowing you down or stopping you from taking up new opportunities. Push aside any negativity and start afresh. Be aware of the waning moon energy this week – take time to nourish your body + soul so you can feel refreshed.

 

Monday 28th January

Herbal Tarot card: V The High Priest – Sage

Turn within and ask your inner priest or priestess for their wisdom. What would the wise woman (man) do? Are you just following rituals but with no real purpose or meaning? Follow your own inner guide.

 

Tuesday 29th January

Herbal Tarot card: Two of Pentacles – Yellow Dock

Let go of what no longer serves you. Things are shifting and you need to be able to adapt to change. Go with the flow.

 

Wednesday 30th January

Herbal Tarot card: Four of Swords (reversed) – Mullein

Take time today to rest & recuperate. As the moon becomes darker, you may feel your energy waning. Give yourself the time to rest so you can gain more strength for the coming days.

 

Thursday 31st January

Herbal Tarot card: Queen of Cups (reversed) – Lady’s Mantle

Be aware of a scandal – or do your best to avoid a scandal. Be clear on your intentions to avoid misinterpretation by others. 

 

Friday 1st February

Herbal Tarot card: Three of Wands – Saffron

Recognise the opportunities in front of you and go for it! The new moon is approaching so now is the perfect time for seizing opportunities and setting intentions for the cycle ahead. Gather your inner strength & courage!

 

Saturday 2nd February

Herbal Tarot card: XXI The World (reversed) – Comfrey

Don’t make assumptions, especially when it comes to friendships. Wait until the conditions are appropriate to bring people together – now may not be the time. Stand back and see the whole picture. If you are feeling mentally stuck or stagnant – take a break and do something that makes you feel joyful.
